Online Ordering

ONLINE SHIPPING:

Items are shipped Monday to Friday, within 72 hours of receiving full payment confirmation. We will take the utmost care in packaging your item so it is received in the same condition it was sent in.

Once your item is delivered to the post office, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process by third-party vendors (but your order will be fully insured, so have no fear).

If the package or product is damaged during the shipping process ‘you’ the buyer must immediately take photos of the shipping packaging and damaged product and email them to us at contact@rarehunters.ca .
 
SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES:

We use Canada Post as our mail courier and ship World wide. We do not profit on any shipping costs whatsoever. All shipping rates are provided directly from Canada Post and include a blended Shipping & Handling rate. Handling helps cover the cost of packaging as well preparing the order for fulfillment.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped and will require signature upon delivery. You can track your package through www.canadapost.ca

TAXES:

We charge tax on all our products sold in Canada. You will be charged the appropriate tax rate depending on your province/where the item is being shipped.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept payment through PayPal Express Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please ensure your PayPal account has a confirmed address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we’d be happy to provide a refund or exchange. Request for refund or exchange must be filed within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s).

Please contact us  requesting a refund or exchange. Items must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be not be included. A tracking number must also be provided. 

You can also return your item(s) in person at our store. Please bring a copy of your receipt as proof of payment.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account, within 5-10 business days. You will receive a refund in the same method you paid originally. Please note that our company adheres to all PayPal coverage when this payment method is used. For all credit cards you must check with the financial institution providing the credit.
 
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Products shown may be stock or original photos. We’d be happy to send you a picture of the item you are receiving upon request. Packaging may contain minor scratches and imperfections. Our best efforts are made to ensure all items listed are available; if your item is unavailable after purchase, we’ll provide you with a full refunded.
